Dear Mr Shrimpton
I'm aware that both Mr David Barber and Mr Adrian Whyatt(Grandson of Lord Whyatt) have written to you on my behalf around the DRC not allowing me to make complaints and also refusing to investigate the numerous complaints I have made to the DRC and remain dissatisfied from your investigations and conclusions that you are stating I'm a vexatious complainer when all my complaints have legal justification.
Why have I not had a response to my complaints I and the other people mentioned above have made to the DRC ?
The DRC have a proper complaints procedure which you are duty bound to follow and implement. You have refuse to follow your own due-process in answering my complaints to the DRC, in which I find discriminatory and I feel offended by your attitude and abuse of my basic human right to a 'fair trial', in which has to be impartial and independent, under the Human Rights Act.
If I don't hear anything from you within the next 7 days, then I will ask Mr Adrian Whyatt to assist me in making a complaint to Mr David Davis, M.P to the Parliamentary Ombudsman.
Yours Sincerely
Mr Colin Revell
