I apologise for not having sent out an agenda earlier.
Essentially this will be a two-day working meeting and I expect the
agenda to be negotiated at the time but what is here is a starting
position. We have people joining by phone and IRC and it is important
that the times are clear. When we have decided on the final agenda, we
will send that to these lists for those participating.
If you are participating remotely and will only be available for some
of the time, please either participate in the introductory and
agenda-setting sessions or send in information that can be shared on
your behalf and tell us when you will be joining online or on the phone.
Charles Sheppard has asked for contact information for anyone calling
in or attending in person. We will also want such details if you are
intending to participate via IRC. Please let me know if you have not
yet sent in your details.

Methodology
Developing Roadmaps is not a simple exercise. Discussion of the
proposed methodology and agreement about how the time available will be
spent and what will be the expected outcome for the two days.A plenary
attempt to work through the proposed methodology taking a single
example from V2 work.

Presentation of typical scenarios/use cases that exemplify work of a
group
Developing scenarios/use cases
Sharing and comparing scenarios
3.00 - 5.00 pm
Developing requirements for metadata
Detailing needs from scenarios and use cases
Discussion of who is doing what
