Ah obviously did a very good job but an old sea faring phrase comes to mind
here
" all boats rise on the tide"
Those who were juniors at the time and helped to negotiate that deal are now
seniors and can share their negotiating skills and new ideas with those who
have been doing it already.
A similar thing occurred in ireland with respect to a training grant for
juniors. They now are credited with a rolling 3800 euro plus expenses per
year ( equivalent to 2,500 Sterling). This can roll for 3 years and is
credited for all years of training.
Seniors on the other hand for years had to make do with £750 and are now
looking at the juniors as CME and Competence assurance comes down the track.
Fair play to Andrew and Nizam and hopefully they will have some good ideas
for a consultant contract
