this is clearly the right way forward, if the company
are interested. I entirely take Andrew's points about OSS,
but I'd argue that what browsealoud do for us now is
provide an implementation of the idea, from which we can
decide whether it's worthwhile. If it's a service we all need,
we can work on a viable long-term solution which doesn't leave
us at the mercy of a small company.
