> All,
I would be interested to hear from anyone who is using a Rapid Application Development tool for developing transactional websites. <
Peter,
Another alternative could be to work with a web site developer to gain the benefit of their skills and experience in content planning, graphic design, database architecture development etc. - however, choosing a developer who offers an intuitive and easy to use content management solution for you to maintain the content of the site thereafter. Dependent upon the sophistication, this could allow you to allocate user permissions for the contribution or editing of content within different sections of the site, provide word processor style formatting options, manage the content 'moderation' workflow, add new sections, archive content etc.
I would be happy to facilitate introductions if this is a direction you would be interested in investigating further.
With Regards,
Reynold.
