Both use <Alt> Ruth, at least my IE6 and Netscape 6.2 on win98se both
do. The difference is that Netscape actions a link and IE only gives it
focus and needs <enter> to action it.

That's the real killer, I don't see how anyone could have left that out
of the spec! The only solution I can (so far ... ?) see to an obvious
requirement is the untidy:

<a href="http://www.ox.ac.uk" accesskey="g"> </a>
Anyone got a better idea?
(Apart from using a single pixel .gif instead of .nbsp; 8-)
