Hi
This warning about a virus is a common hoax. You should NOT delete the file
that it mentions as it may stop something working.
From time to time I get these emails, circulated in good faith, telling me
to delete a file because it has a virus. It is highly unlikely to be true.
There are many of these hoaxes circulating round the Internet.
If you get an email and you are not sure whether or not it could be a hoax
you should check here:
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/hoax.html
The details about this particular hoax are here:
http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/jdbgmgr.exe.file.hoax.html
The best way to protect yourself from viruses is to have virus checking
software on your computer (eg McAfee or Norton) which will cost you around
£30, and then update it at least every 2 weeks. Updates are free usually
for at least a year.
