Subject: [VLES] Peer to Peer collaborative working

Hi all
I know I am going to regret this but here goes I am becoming
increasingly interested in Peer to Peer solution of collaborative
working rather than the usual hosted on a server solution we talk of
when discussing collaborative tools or learning platforms . I have heard
and used one collaborative tool by groove networks has anybody had
experience of this approach or tools they have used.
My interest is in the ability for learner (collaborative worker) to take
a collaborative piece of work add to it comment on it and when next
online to update the collective of collaborators. So asynchronous
becoming synchronised if that makes sense.
All sounds increasingly like star trek stuff to me.
