If you like to send me details, we could offer an APEL opportunity for MSc (Teaching and Learning using ICT] [180 Credits Level M, 10 ECTS] and its contained Post Graduate Certificate and Diploma awards
in terms of both entry and credit exemption. See http://www.lmu.ac.uk/ces/epd/courses/mscict.htm
Obvious modules to look at are:
Developing Teaching and Learning Strategies with ICT [20 Credits Level M, 10 ECTS]
Independent Study (Single / Double) [20/40 Credits Level M, 1020 ECTS]
Designing and Developing Learning Through Use of Virtual/Managed Learning Environments [20 Credits Level M, 10 ECTS]
I suppose other HE providers would be able to do this as well. I think we should have a collaborative approach to this!

Sounds good. We'd better check with Ferl - the licence says that we may
do
what we wish with the materials IN OUR OWN COLLEGE, but not
distribute...
they may be OK with materials being shared with another licencee,
though.
I have done a LW topic called 'Introduction to the FPP' that explains
what
it is all about, with one section reserved for 'FPP in this College'
which
could be modified to suit how you intend to deliver. When I get a moment
I'll be reformatting the 'Inspire' video clip to MPEG because we cannot
get
Quicktime to run here.
I am in the middle of Module A now. I intend to deliver this as a taught
class, but will get people to use the LW version to do the exercises
once
they have seen the presentation (which is replicated there for reference
purposes).
Megan.

I am planning for someone else to do this here, also with LearnWise. I
leave at the end of this month but happy to collaborate/share until then
and hopefully pass on to someone else. This may be something the RSCs
want to support too?

In a spirit of mischief (it's my last day of term!) I'll just mention
that
there's a VLE strand in the Ferl Practitioners' Programme, then :-)
I'll be performing a chicken & egg operation by delivering (or at least
supporting) most of the FPP via our VLE. (Learnwise if there's anyone
doing
the same who'd like to collaborate.)

There most certainly does... and yet I came in here for information on
VLE's. (Assuming the VLE@JISCMAIL had some relevance to the content.)
Why not use the more general Curriculum Champions mailing list?
Or am I being fussy?
Have a good summer if you are off soon.
