Dear All, especially those who are interested in UD of developing
countries,
I would like to call you attention to the session "B.7 Techniques and
systems appropriate to developing countries and the condition of their
transferability" of the NOVATECH conference to be organized in, Lyon,
France, June 7-10, 2004
TWO TYPES OF PAPERS ARE EXPECTED:
· Scientific papers, addressing operational and fundamental research
results, based on literature studies, laboratory work or field experience,
and dealing with the themes presented here. Papers without any link to
practical operational needs will not be selected for presentation at the
conference.
· Case studies and operational applications with innovative
characteristics. Reports on experiences with several years of operation,
comparison of different strategies or devices, and papers addressing several
aspects (technical, environmental, economic, sociological, institutional,
etc.) will be particularly appreciated.
POSSIBLE FINANCIAL HELP
NOVATECH organisers decided to encourage early-stage researchers and
researchers from developing countries to actively participate in the
conference by presenting papers.
These funds usually cover registration fees and travel expenses. Researchers
should candidate before March 15th, 2003.
Deadline for abstract submission (at least 700 words, on not more than three
pages): March 28, 2003 and please enclose the Paper Submission Form.
