If you are using Outlook Express, left click on 'Format' a menu will drop
down, go to rich text/ plain text and left click on plain text. If you are
using som thing other than Outlook Express let me know. The same thing used
to happen to me when I wrote on 'Word' then copy and pasted to the e-mail
site and sent without changing text. Hope this helps, on the other hand if
you can not solve itand no one else on the List is able to help I will
