Thanks Sue? SallyE and Christina.
This was triggered by a reprimand from the ex-schoolmaster who runs our
poetry group:
14 lines and a detention for not turning up on Friday.
The other thing that set it off was my frustration with a laptop that
decides not to (quite) close down fully, leaving one unsure as to whether or
not everything has been saved properly. I suppose it also has shades of
J.H.Prynne, whose poetry I have been reading again lately.
Roger.
