Shah,
I may not be sure about your exact choice of words e.g. suggest deletion of
"its stretch" in L1 and substitution of "to the north" for "in northern
belt" but I like the symbolism of this poem with the implied relationship
between father and children and I must say, it had never occurred to me to
think of sky and sea in this way. So both the images and their implicit
content are enchanting.
