The background is desert state of Rajasthan - India.
Peacock dance indicates arrival of Monsoon rains.
The corn crop is ready within some 60 to 70 days.
The lady is a farmer-wife grateful to Rain God.
Hence 'a cloud worshipped'.

A young damsel is on her way to meet her beloved, in early rains.
As she steps out her delicate step causes a shallow puddle,
and reflects her shy and tender - blushed face.

A squirrel has blue black stripes.
A rustle is a snake movement.
Hence these three lines have double meaning:
i) a squirrel is playing all alone in a green meadow;
ii) a squirrel senses the presence of a viper and runs away.

These are highly subjective short poems. Very difficult to comprehend as
I want them to be understood.
