Yes, Bob, it's clear that the term doesn't work for UK readers, so I'll very
likely change it to something else. Not worth the hassle of keeping it, if
some readers won't get the reference or will be stumped and interrupted by
it. Thanks for all comments. The piece and all in the series will be
reviewed and changed, as the story unfolds (to me LOL). There are about 9
pieces in the series now - coming along steadily.
