I think they only need 100 plus drafts if you're trying to write a "poem"
not if you're respnding to the world as a poet. I think a coupla drafts
while you iron out problems, if they can be ironed out - often they can't.
I have had poems that felt like they took 100 plus drafts ( I am sure sixty
drafts would be a vast number) but then they never got there at all...
