The last line very deliberately echoes Ozymandias as I am comparing Peter the Great to a frozen Ozymandias. (In fact, I almost Peter the Great "Ozymandias" in an article I wrote once.) So, in effect, the fact you picked up on that is absolutely perfect. It's really cool when you can make a reference to another poem that someone actually gets. <G>
