Now in Hebrew, kadosh or holy means set apart or set aside. We commit to
certain mitzvot, connectors with G-d, and then we are a holy people, set
apart and connected to G-d. We are elevated.
We are all composed of divine sparks, all humanity.

We are Holy, Pure, and Divine in essence; because of inexplicable
Ignorance we have forgotten our such Real Nature.
This whole world of relations, emotions, feelings, and poetry is our
attempts, and finding ways, means, and paths, to realize that we are
essentially Holy, Pure, and Divine.
This is in essence the present day Indian Thought - The Vedanta
philosophy.
