Hello Shah,
The dividing line between `literature´, `philosophy´ and `science´ has not always been where it is now in western cultures. In 18th century Europe for instance, works which would nowadays be classified as philosophy or science were included in the category of literature. The division between literature and philosophy is being questioned nowadays. Derrida, for example, writes about philosphy as if it were literature. And who knows, if that trend gains force in the future, we may see literature being written as if it were philosophy (again).
Best wishes, Mike

Hi Mike,
First I must be frank: I have not read any English Poetry, any poet, or
any literary work. I write out of my understanding of philosophy in
general, and as I feel applicable to the field of art, including poetry.
It is through one of the Poetry forums that I started 'writing' poems,
about two years back.
I can never honestly, and with due humility, claim to pass or make any
definite comment about or on poetry. Still I write because of the
conviction that the dividing line between art, literature, science, and
philosophy melts somewhere; at the highest point of thought.
This thought is the basis and origin of all the forms like prose,
poetry, science, art; they are the expressions of that thought. The
clarity and unity of thought allows one to see the interrelations
between
various human endeavors.
I will continue to write...!
