Thanks to Bob for a wonderful review. There are still a few copies left
folks. On the music, like the poetry it's all original and to answer Bob's
question I actually used four guitars in all. For the people who like this
detail I used a Gibson dreadnought,. a Gretch, a Gibson Epiphone
electro-accoustic and an old Spanish guitar I've had for years on end. Plus
I employed open tunings and indulged in some bottle neck to get a more
oriental feel at times.

>I've heard James Bell's CD (the one he's mentioned here on the Works a
>couple of times - the one y can get hold of by back-channelling him... h'm
>that almost sounds rude, I mean sending him an e-mail by back-channel) and
>it's really canny!
>It's great hearing the poems (many of which I've read here on the Works in
>the past) and it's amazing how I remember things yet how fresh they still
>sound. Get your own copy - see and hear what I mean!
>(And if the notion of many poems being read one after the other sounds a

>monochrome - it isn't. There's music too!
>Hey, James, I want to know: is the guitar you're playing European,
>American,
>or Japanese (like the poems)?
