Very nice David.
My only quibble is the title - don't think it needs to pay homage,
regardless that it may have been inspired by the movie. I think it holds its
own quite well.
Cheers,
Frank

>On Seeing "The Chamber of Secrets"
>
>Though long ago, I still recall those rare
>transcendent boyhood mornings when the world
>was fresh, and dreams were living things: they swirled
>and mingled with the magic in the air.
>
>Grave little sorcerer, you make me smile
>with all your spells and potions: every charm,
>charged with such passion, shields your friends from harm
>and takes me back to childhood for a while.
>
>Time will not touch you. Even so, take care
>to keep your youth, its comradeship and grace,
>and I'll remember how your spirit shone
>its light against the darkness of despair;
>a talisman to guard us as we face
>a grown up world with all the magic gone.
