If you are familiar with C/C++ programming try TORCH (www.torch.ch).

Subject: technical request
Hi all
I am doing a research on drug resistance prediction
using SVM. I am still working on my proposal but i
just want to know some technical things and here are
the points i want help with
1. Is there ny software that can help me with
extracting features and doing cross validation
2. I have seen a number of toolkits on SVM like
SVMlight .. so does anyone know which one is the best
Thanks in advance
