Thanks David, nice to have some good news.
It is big, but in mitigation, it should be possible to identify
sub-components that can be downloaded only when they are needed (so called
lazy, rather than eager download), plus the infrastructure once in place
should be re-usuable by all our applications (I say should as I haven't
tested this yet).
