OK, looked to see if Webalizer could filter out Starlink programmer sites.
In the case of FTP, it appears that it can't, but I am looking at
alternatives.

There are some interesting snippets there.
- No solaris downloads in September. 16 total.
- chr.tar.gz 5 times!!
- MacOS X Gaia 7 times.
Is there any way to filter out known Starlink programmer sites?
This would let us see what downloads are by people not directly involved
in Starlink.
