Part of the thrust of the UKIRT-VO proposal is that we will have loads of
calibrated spectra and cubes but need to find the tools to parametrize
them such that they are suitable for catalog upload. I'm assuming
therefore that the VO will be able to provide line parameters for overlays
as well as the reduced spectrum.
What tool we are using to generate the line parameters (including
automatic determination of redshift) is an open question.
