Here is a way to use imcalc to make a file that has function overlaid on
anatomy:
IMCALC,
CHOOSE FINE ANAT FIRST, then spmT_0002.img to get fine
resolution in the final result.
Choose all images before hit "done."
i1+(i2>6)*2*(max(max(max(i1))));
This sets the brightness of the activation at twice the maximum
brightness in the anatomical image.
The six is the threshold from the results page.
