when I enter 0 0 0 in the'cross hair position'-field in mm, or move the
cross hair by hand, I end up with the voxel coordinates 45.5 54.5 45.5
which is not anyway near the AC (anatomicaly it is cavum velum
interpositum), at least not in the template I downloaded and also when
compared to the ICBM brain. what are the coordinates of the origin in
voxels in your template? (unfortunately I use Win XP).
