Hi Tara,
I don't have an example batch file (because I'm using the very nice KUL
scripts), but I guess the solution is to enter 1s for the "fixed durations"
(i.e. either in you GUI popup or in your batch file). You can see in the
design matrix whether the modeled response is right.
