Subject: contrast question
Dear SPM community,
I am performing an analysis (FDG-PET) comparing two groups (grouped by two
selecting characteristics) with two covariates (2 behavioural measures).
The idea is to obtain only the differences between groups characteristics
controlling the effect of the two behavioural measures. The design matrix
chosen for analysis was compare-populations with covariate.
In the matrix:
Row 1 = group 1
Row 2 = group 2
Row 3 = m
Row 4 = covariate 1
Row 5 = covariate 2
I used the following contrasts. Are they ok?
1 1 0 1 1
-1 1 0 1 1
Thanks for your advice.
Ariel
