I'm not really sure about this one, but occasionally there is a glitch
when SPM tries to load the defaults. The best thing to try is to
quit matlab, and start again. To ensure the defaults have been loaded,
you could type:
global defaults
defaults
You should see something similar to:
defaults =
grid: 0.4000
cmdline: 0
logfile: ''
printstr: 'print -dpsc2 -painters -append -noui spm2.ps'
analyze: [1x1 struct]
stats: [1x1 struct]
mask: [1x1 struct]
realign: [1x1 struct]
unwarp: [1x1 struct]
coreg: [1x1 struct]
normalise: [1x1 struct]
segment: [1x1 struct]
bias: [1x1 struct]
All the best,
-John
