SPMers,
I downloaded the spm99.tar.gz to update my spm99 install. When I first attempted to run a script, a call to spm_default errored. Here is the output from Matlab of the error:
======================================================
>>Norm3DSPGR_To_MNI_01
??? Error: File: /net/dysthymia/spm99_upd/spm.m Line: 1286 Column: 30
Missing operator, comma, semicolon, or white space.
Error in ==> /net/dysthymia/spm99_upd/spm_defaults.m
On line 191 ==> sptl_MskBrn = fullfile(spm('Dir'),'apriori','brainmask.img');
Error in ==> /net/data2/schizIAPS2/matlabScripts/kul/Normalize/Norm3DSPGR_To_MNI_01.m
On line 23 ==> spm_defaults
=======================================================
Now this doesn't look like it's a major bug, but I'd like to make people aware of it and also I'd like to make sure I get a solution that keeps my install like everyone elses.
Thanks!
