Dear John et al,
the Analyze header has fields glmin and glmax for global min/max, which
offer a good way to set the colour range for all slice planes. The
glmin-glmax can be used to set the colourmap range (Cmin/Cmax) and then to
alter the brightness by multiplying this range, eg range * 0.9 (brighter) or
range * 1.1 (dimmer).
Cheers, Darren
