Dear Bernhard:
Are you looking at an output that could have millions of voxels? I have
seen this behavior when looking at VBM output when the number of "active"
voxels was in the millions. I have not seen this behavior with functional
maps even when the whole map appeared active, but then these maps contain
at most 60,000-70,000 voxels. Try thresholding the map more stringently and
see if that allows the results to appear.
