I assume that the data have been spatially normalised to a template that is
symmetric?
Anyway, the easiest way of flipping the data in SPM is to:
1) Make a copy of one of your spatially normalised images.
2) Use the Display button to flip this image:
a) Set x zoom to -1
b) Click the Reorient Images button, and select this image.
3) Reslice all your spatially normalised images to match this flipped
image, usine either the Coregister or Realign buttons (reslice only).
