Hi,
I have a design matrix etc built in spm99. When I choose the `estimate'
option from the main menu to run the analysis again I get:
??? Error: "End of Input" expected, "=" found.
Error in ==> /iwi200/home/users/wink/matlab/spm99/spm_spm.m
On line 1199 ==> eval([inputname(i),' = varargin{i-4};'])
I saw some previous emails on the list (which I didn't completely
understand). This piece of code is what's causing the problem:
%-Extra arguments were passed for saving in the SPM.mat file
%---------------------------------------------------------------
for i=5:nargin
SPMvars = [SPMvars,{inputname(i)}];
eval([inputname(i),' = varargin{i-4};'])
end
But what is the use of the second lin ein the for looop anyway? the
contents of inputname(i) are not used after the loop, and they will
certainly not be used in other SPM functions. (each function has its own
`inputname').
I removed the second line from the loop and haven't found any problems
so far.
Regards
