Hi Matthew,
these are some batch I have adapted to multisubject studies (not
guaranteed). You need to have all your studies as subdirectories of a common
main directory (FMRIDIR). The name of all subdirectoris corresponding to
diferent patients should have the same length.
I hope they would be useful to you.

Asunto: spm2b batch for multiple subjects
Hi all,
I have a newbie question which I hope is not too dumb:-
How do we modify the example spm2b batch script to perform multiple subject
normalisation/analysis etc...?
I have seen the mail from Philippe Ciuciu regarding the new XML
interface to the batch
(http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/wa.exe?A2=ind0302&L=spm&P=R28621&D=0&I=-1
),
but I haven't heard any more since - has it been released yet?
I've also seen other emails regarding multiple sessions, but nothing
about multiple subjects.
Many thanks in advance for any pointers!
Matt
