Dear SPMers,
I have data from an event-related FMRI study (TR = 2 seconds) in which
participants viewed three different categories of object pictures while in
the scanner. What I want to do now is extract a separate peristimulus time
plot for each voxel in a functionally defined region of interest. Please
note that I do not need the average activity across all the voxels in the
ROI, but rather the activity associated with each individual voxel in the
ROI. I can acquire the peristimulus time course averaged across the voxels
in an ROI using Russ Poldrack’s ROI toolbox. What I’d like to be able to
do now is to get the same type of information from each voxel separately.
It would be even better if I could obtain the (deconvolved) peristimulus
timecourse for each voxel in the ROI for each individual stimulus
presentation (i.e., impulse). Is either of these options possible? If so,
how? Could either accessing variables in the ROI Toolbox, or modifying the
Toolbox’s output make these data available?
Thanks,
Kyle
