I am trying to convert DICOM files obtained from our Siemens Allegra 3T
scanner. A scan of the SPM e-mail list archives suggests that I should be
able to do this, even though this machine produces "non-standard" DICOM
output. However, I am getting the following error:
-----
??? Index exceeds matrix dimensions.
Error in ==> /Applications/spm2/spm_dicom_convert.m (convert_mosaic)
On line 53 ==> if rem(nc, np(1)) | rem(nr, np(2)),
Error in ==> /Applications/spm2/spm_dicom_convert.m
On line 21 ==> convert_mosaic(mosaic);
Error in ==> /Applications/spm2/toolbox/DICOM/spm_DICOM.m
On line 8 ==> spm_dicom_convert(hdr)
Error in ==> /Applications/spm2/spm.m
On line 1183 ==> evalin('base',varargin{2}(i).prog)
??? Error while evaluating uicontrol Callback.
-----
This occurs just as SPM2 seems to start to try to write the files.
Is this a known error, or am I doing something wrong? The scanner output
is a directory containing many files with numbers as filenames, and when
I use the SPM2 DICOM tool, I just select "all" of the numbers in the
directory. This includes both the functional and structural images.
I am able to convert the DICOM files to the ANALYZE format using our own
tools, and this is the first time I've tried using the SPM2
functionality. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
