I'm currently doing some background research into the possibility of a
'science stunts' series for Discovery - sort of 'How 2' meets 'Trigger Happy
TV'. At this stage I'm simply looking for the best visual and entertaining
demonstrations of everyday science.
In order to convince Discovery that there are visual and entertaining
experiments that can be done on the street (i.e. outside of the lab) I'm
hunting for people's favourite science demos.
What's the most entertaining/fascinating demo/experiment you've ever seen or
used?
- funny, magical or just plain amazing.
I'm hoping to have a short list of 10 'stunts' that cover physics, biology,
chemistry and psychology by Thursday afternoon!
Any suggestions for the top ten or of good places to find dramatic
experiments really would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks,
Jamie Lochhead.
