Try looking at http://hynet.info
It is the website for a large collaborative research initiative (HYNET)
started under the CEFIC SusTech programme that is working on hydrogen fuel
infrastructure issues in Europe. If it isn't doing any work on public
perception directly it should know who is. The website has contact email
address for queries.
