One reason the public strand of the debate was poorly attended at Birmingham
(only 200 people, very few new faces) was that the date, time and venue were
not advertised, not even on the public strand's own web site
(www.gmpublicdebate.org.uk).
It is very difficult to actually find these details on the web.
I finally found the details at
http://www.horticulture.org.uk/Evenjune.htm
If only the BA had been involved!
