My daughter is short and dark haired, and I have never been able to
manage her in the least. She is, I admit, not Icelandic: she's a
genuine kallakantzaroi - her heritage goes back to the Pelloponese,
she was born on Christmas Day, and I neglected to burn the bottom of
her feet when she was a baby. I've been paying for it for thirteen
years. Worse, she's getting taller and seems to be managing _me_.

Most certainly not, on both questions. It's the end of civilisation
as we know it.
Looking forward to seeing your flaxen hair and florid complexion, and
being bowled over by your muscled intellect -
Cheers
