Okay, I will 'speak for myself', you might be slightly older than I. :)
Btw, That computer was/is a different animal from my domesticated, petite,
colour-coordinated, desktop model. (which after three years, is already
showing her(?) age) This is my fourth computer, in twelve years, and I still
don't have a clue how they work. It's all magical to me and I intend to keep
it that way.

Speak for yourself, Deborah -- the first computer I ever met was A Lady
Dressed in Valves at Strathclyde Institute of Technology in the early
sixties -- and She tried to fry me by zapping 60,000 volts through my bod.
She missed, which gave me a slight suspicion over the inflappabilty of
computers.
But she only *just* missed ...
There's a moral here, I'm sure, but which one ...?
