This is what you think and have repeatedly said, that it was an abuse made all the more worse by Mark's professional status.
I felt that it was a stupid thing to say, but it occurred in a conversation that seemed to contain uncalled-for remarks on both sides. You seem to be saying that if the list managers don't discipline this and respond to it as a crime demanding a formal apology, it is going to drive you crazy. I'm sorry that it's driving you crazy. But since my point was in part driven by the sense that this is entirely out of proportion to the situation, I have no idea how to respond now that it has become even more drastic.
