Dear Alison, you quite simply must have taken a few of our own and private
prankster-elves with you when you left that day. (One has to be extra
careful when closing one's bags). We've certainly been loosing fewer things
of late, which has to mean they're down in number up here and simply must
have moved to down-under with you. Perhaps they found your company more
interesting, how am I to know? Anyway, all my best to you and all on this
list for now; but, like Arno, I'll be back; before Christmas too, since I'm
just about ready to get back in the game after various (technical)
breakdowns and there are at least several posts to respond to - and even
poems / snapshots to amend ... Hope I get round to it all now that I've
neatly organized Christmas et al up here. And there's no snow! It's warm! At
least as warm as anywhere warmest in Europe right now. I hate sweating; I
was designed for a different climate.
Best
