I'm not a very productive haikusmith proper, but do love the form and find
it a useful taskmaster. I have a couple of such poems in Haiku 2000,
published by Gerald England of New Hope International. There's been an
amazing amount of translations of classic Japanese haiku up here, both
anthologies as well as volumes by individual masters, but no 'paper' I'm
afraid.
