No, Henry, I didn't say anything like this, that "listmembers have the opportunity to be subjected to involuntary public psychological evaluation, by a real professional." And I wouldn't have, for there's so much editorial comment in it, "opportunity," "subjected," "involuntary" "real" are all loaded with connotations, just rewrite it as "listmembers have the option to avail themselves of voluntary private psychological evaluation by a fraudulent professional,' and you'll see what I mean by overloaded with connotations.
All I said was that from my brief acquaintance with Weiss, I thought that he was stating the facts of the situation from his viewpoint as a professional.
It was a comment, not a prescription, or an establishment of law or procedure.
