I think that I and maybe a few others could do with some definitions from
you here. Surely the medium is the main determinator for these. As one who
still publishes (and hopes to carry on publishing) *old-fashioned* paper
books I cannot see that these modes will affect what I do except that they
may put me out of business eventually.
