Would this apply to Edgar Allen Poe translated into French. Was it by
Baudelaire?
As to the City of Dreadful Night, surely the appropriate target-language
would be Glasgow Scots?
[Incidentally, Tom Leonard wrote his PhD thesis on B.V. Thomson. Don't
think it was ever published, at least in book form. Anyone have any more
details on this?]
