My comment is that it's 1954, & even a dauntless mary then would still be
thinking much like the fellas that put together that list of ways to handle
the women working in the factories back in the 40s.
i'd like to think that we have gotten beyond all that fiddle, but given the
people who are in charge these days, as well as the fair munber buying back
into highly patriarchal religion, i'm afraid it's not the case...
